Welcome
The Leadership, Advancement and Development of our Young Sisters (LADYS) Program provides mentorship and support to young women of color between the ages of 14-18, with a focus on college and career preparation. Originating from Buffalo, New York, the Charlottesville program was founded in 2015 by the Hermanas (or sisters) of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority Incorporated (SLU). The LADYS Program - Cville is sponsored by SLU.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Since the start of LADYS Program Cville, we've had the pleasure of helping young girls in the Charlottesville area grow in their leadership, academics, and life. Hear from one of our alumni, Jasmin, who was part of the LADYS Program for five years. Thank you to all our mentors, supporters, and LADYS for trusting and believing in our program.
